Yesterday, we had the pleasure of hosting a group of Romanian guests who were celebrating their Easter holiday. Did you know that Romania's Easter follows the dates set by the Orthodox Christian Church, which is based on the Julian calendar? This differs from the Gregorian calendar that is commonly used in many western countries.

To mark the occasion, we roasted a delicious turkey and shared in the joy of this special day with our guests. We hope that everyone celebrating had a wonderful Easter filled with love, happiness, and plenty of delicious food! 🍗🥧
